Upon account closure for reasons of breach or fraud, jl199 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. Where closure is at the member's own request and no breach has been established, the remaining wallet balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding withdrawal processing and wagering requirement satisfaction.

Members who believe jl199 has acted in breach of its PAGCOR licensing obligations may escalate their complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation directly. jl199 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated inquiry or investigation.
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the English language and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
